Another local client of ours in Bromley, Kent recently required some new shutters. We were on hand to take care of the design and installation for this loft conversion.
We have amassed many happy customers in the Bromley area which is where our shop and office is located, although we are often found fitting shutters throughout London and most of the South East! These shutters were fitted by Ben who did a great job with the installation leaving behind another very happy customer.
As you can see the shutters are full height covering a whole wall with access to doors and windows behind. It was key to create them in a way so that the door behind can be fully opened without restriction, while still allowing for full privacy when closed.
With the shutters completely pulled over you would not even realise that there are doors behind.
The Bali Range of shutters were created featuring a mid-rail, not only for extra strength these tall shutters, but so that the top and bottom sections can be adjusted independently to get the correct mix of light and privacy at all times.
We used 89mm louvres with a hidden tilt rod system which allows for adjustment through the touch of a single louvre, rather than needing visible rods. They were then finished in pure white with matching hinges which looks great with the rest of the room!
