Our Customer Care Promise covers both product quality and the expertise of our installers and lasts 14 days from the moment your installation is complete. This means that if you’re not satisfied with your shutters, we will – without hesitation – rectify any defects. We’re sure you’ll understand this does not extend to the choices you have made such as colour, design, configuration or any associated decoration.
For us, offering an extra guarantee means our standards stay high. For our customers, it will give you confidence. For full terms and conditions please refer to our quotation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
