SOCIAL & DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Executive to take ownership of our social media channels and content creation with a great opportunity to grow into a broader digital marketing role.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in social media and content marketing, who is keen to learn and expand into other digital areas such as digital advertising (Meta, Google),  web content management, SEO, email marketing, and more. This would suit someone creative who is a resourceful team player.


You will be joining a small, passionate and collaborative team that is growing. The right candidate with a can-do attitude will have lots of opportunity for career progression.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute a structured social media content calendar across Linked In, Facebook, Instagram and in time, other emerging platforms
  • Create engaging and creative organic content (video, stills, infographics) to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and build community.
  • Manage social media customer service interactions, ensuring timely and effective responses
  • Track and report monthly on KPIs: followers, engagement, social leads, and CAC.

2. Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and engage with relevant social influencers and content creators to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships and performance reporting.

3. Social Competitor & Market Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing competitor benchmarking across digital and social platforms.
    Share insights and recommend actions based on findings.

4. Future Opportunities in Digital Marketing 

  • Email marketing management – opportunity to create content for and execute customer emails via Mailchimp (including promotions, product updates etc). Experience in Mailchimp or a similar CRM platform is a bonus but not essential.
  • Working with third party agencies to support Google Search & Meta advertising campaigns, SEO, and digital PR initiatives under the guidance of your manager. Website CRO, content creation etc.


Are you the one?

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a strong, proven track record managing social media.
  • Experience in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut or similar)
  • Experience with social media planning tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  • A proactive attitude and desire to learn 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • £30-£35k  
  • 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (plus your birthday off)
