Ross Evans
Director
Ross is a trained carpenter who worked in construction before teaming up with Ashley to create ShuttersUp in 2006. With the obsession to detail of a master craftsman, Ross provides particular insight and inspiration to our fitters, ensuring every installation is up to our impeccable standards.
Ashley Weight
Director
Co-founder Ashley is Mr Shutters, having joined the industry at 17 and worked on every part of the process, from manufacturing through to installation. Ashley’s true passion is exceeding customer expectations. This is the goal he sets our surveyors to achieve on every job.

You have Karen to thank for the commitment to customer care at the heart of ShuttersUp. With over 20 years’ experience in Customer Services, Karen has streamlined our processes to make them incredibly efficient, straightforward and hassle-free for you.
Mark Davidson
Field Operations Manager
Mark’s 13 years of shutter experience, including training surveyors and fitters, are a vital asset to our surveying team. Since coming on board in 2015, he’s earned widespread praise for his knowledgeable, friendly, caring approach.

Tracy’s office background in the construction industry makes her the perfect person to provide customers with logistical support. From booking appointments to providing updates, Tracy’s is the friendly, helpful voice you want at the end of the phone.

Sales & Office Assistant
Danielle is part of the office team, dealing with sales and administration work which helps towards our great customer service and day to day running of the business.
Anna deals with all of our accounts and invoicing. Her father helps us with all of our IT infrastructure and after learning that she is also taking an accountancy degree, the assistant accounts role seemed a perfect match for us both. Just like her dad, she is very hard working as well a pleasure to work with and speak to.

Ben is always on hand to help with the design of your new shutters – his knowledge of which began when purchasing shutters from us. We are constantly reminded by customers about his professional yet friendly approach which made them feel at ease. Getting a like minded team together is important to us and Ben is another shining example of this.

Lydia joined the ShuttersUp team after a positive experience with us as a customer. She was so impressed with our approach and service that she approached us to see if there were any opportunities within our team. Luckily for us, there were! Jack joins us having gained over 10 years’ experience within the shutter industry. Due to Jack’s time in the industry, he has grown relationships with numerous interior designers & property developers. Since joining us, Jack has earned praise for his technical knowledge and making himself available to help others. In Jack’s spare time he likes to do CrossFit and tennis.
Robert Woollard
Design Consultant
Robert brings a wealth of customer focused experience – not to mention his understanding of our service delivery as a customer of ours. Robert is very personable and enjoys interacting with customers. In his spare time Robert enjoys skiing, holds a Private Pilots licence and has won the Irish Nationals in competition aerobatics.
Robert’s calm and friendly nature was a perfect fit for our team. He is always striving to improve and he loves to exceed expectations. Rob also enjoys going to the gym and playing football in his spare time.

Claire joined us having already gained extensive experience within the home improvement sector. Claire exceeds expectations and is always striving to improve. Claire has a passion for archery and has achieved a GB instructor award.
Arron is a very organised and integral member of our team. Arron ensures the smooth day to day running of our busy warehouse delivering outstanding customer service to our Field and Sales Teams.
