One of our talented installers, Ben was in the London area of Hammersmith to fit these gorgeous tier on tier window shutters, to an equally gorgeous room in our clients house! The customer was looking to let the maximum amount of light into the living room whilst also maintaining privacy from the street outside.
These tier on tier shutters are just the job, offering almost a café style look when the top tier is neatly folded out the way, but the full flexibility that comes with our tiered range, the most flexible style we offer! The shutters have also been created to bi-fold neatly to the sides, out of view when required.
Created from our popular Fiji range, which is made from Paulownia hardwood, these shutters not only look great, but are highly functional and created from a quality, long lasting hardwood. The shutters were finished in a silk pure white paint which matches the white within the room and also acts as a stunning feature against the dark blue painted walls.
We used 63mm louvres with a hidden tilt rod system, to add a modern feel to the shutters, to match the décor of the room, but they also keep enough traditional feel to work with the period style and of the window area and original design of the room.
