This bespoke shutter is a lovely example of our special shape shutter service, covering a small circular window for our customers daughters room. No matter the size of window or shape we are able to offer a bespoke solution which we expertly design and create to fit perfectly each and every time!
The design of shutter was crucial to get the right amount of privacy and lighting through this small window and the client also wanted the finish to look nice and work with the style of the room. Using 63mm louvres which is our most popular size, ensures that with the privacy we also get great natural lighting into the room when required!
The shutters were created from our hard wearing Fiji hardwood and crafted to fit the window. Our installer Tom did a great job installing the panel into beaded stiles, adding a touch of tradition. The shutter panel features a hidden tilt rod system meaning that it can be used through touch rather than a visible rod, for a contemporary look.
Finished in pearl paint with matching hinges it fits in perfectly with the room and can now be enjoyed by the client and her daughter for years to come. A practical and fun solution for a child’s room!
