Michael was in Belmont in Surrey to install some of our tier on tier shutters for a customers bay window in the living room. The customer told us that they have always had problems with condensation around the window area so were worried about the installation of wooden shutters.
We recommended that we use our Java range as they are made using a hardwood core and finished with hard wearing ABS Plastic which will make sure that the hardwood core is not effected by moisture and condensation. This is a fantastic option as they look and feel like our other ranges, but with the added moisture resistant advantage!
We created the shutters in a tier on tier style using thick 76mm louvres and a silent tilt rod system. Our tier on tier shutters are the most flexible shutters we offer and work perfectly with bay windows where controlling of light and privacy is of most importance! They were finished in a pure white which sit against the windows and rest of the interior perfectly.
