We were recently in Cranbrook, Kent a small town situated roughly half-way between Maidstone and Hastings.
Shaun and John were on hand to carry out this installation of bespoke wardrobe shutters, which also involved stripping back and removing the dated sliding mirrored panels and surround.
The client was keen to turn their large wardrobe space in the bedroom into a beautiful shuttered space, helping the overall look and modernising the feel of the wardrobe. The shutters have been designed to cleverly open neatly to the sides as 2 sets of bifold shutters on a spring loaded track system. The shutter panels were created in a full height style with mid rail for added strength and to complete the look. Here is what the area looked like before its transformation!
We used Fiji hardwood which was finished in a lovely bright white with matching fixtures and fittings, working perfectly with the look of the room and creating a natural, modern and spacious look. The contents of the wardrobe are neatly hidden from view behind the shutter panels. Here you can see our installer getting the area ready for the new shutters!
