How much will my shutters cost?

The cost of your shutters will essentially be determined by the size of your windows. The exact cost depends on a number of factors: sizes, material and any optional extras. For an exact quote please contact us to arrange a home survey.

How long is the lead time for my order?

The lead time of an order is generally 6 – 8 weeks for standard delivery methods.

Are there faster methods of delivery?

Yes. There is faster method using our premier delivery service which has a lead time of 2 – 3 weeks. But please be advised this is an optional extra and you will incur a charge for this service.

What are the payment terms and how can I pay for my order?

ShuttersUp require a 50% deposit upon placement of order with the remaining 50% to be collected on instalment of your order. We do accept credit/debit cards, cheques and cash. (Please be advised that credit card payments will incur a 2.5% handling charge)

What warranty are we entitled to?

Who installs your shutters?

All of our products are installed by our in-house fitters.

Does sunlight affect the paint on your shutters?

No. Our shutters are painted in a cellulose paint which is also used in the painting of vehicles. This means that they have great protection against UV rays and discolouration caused by the sun.
