Tom was in one of our local areas of Sevenoaks in Kent to install some of our shutters for a newly converted bungalow. The bungalow looked great and we knew that we could design some shutters to work perfectly with the interior and exterior of the property.
The client chose to have pure white shutters to stand out against the black window frames which we think was a wise decision. From outside of the property the shutters blend with the exterior wall behind the black window frames and make a great contrast.
We used material from our Antigua range which are a cheaper alternative to our hardwood shutters, but without compromising on style. The shutters were designed with a hidden tilt rod system to create a modern look with the modern conversion. We used 64mm louvres as they were placed in bedrooms and the client wanted the best mix of privacy and lighting.
As you can see the shutters have made for the perfect finishing touch to this renovation and we left a very happy customer to enjoy using their new plantation shutters for years to come!
