COVID-19 update from our founders (20/03/20)
Dear valued customers,
With the current CoronaVirus epidemic, we felt that we should contact all of our valued customers to reassure you.
At ShuttersUp, we took the decision 3 years ago to be at the very forefront of our marketplace – What does this mean?
Over the last 18 months we have been working with trusted advisors to the trade industry, improving the internal workings of our operation. This was to ensure that we are financially sustainable and in doing so, we are able to whether storms within the market. This means that we can give you, our customer – trust that we are here for the long term.
We are proactively monitoring the situation very carefully and we are taking every step possible to ensure the smoothest journey for all customers. Please be reassured that together with one of the Uk’s largest shutter suppliers who is partnered with the largest shutter manufacturer in the world, we currently have little reason to be concerned about receiving and installing your orders.
Although we are unable to predict whether there will be closures to our boarders in the U.K, we are still very confident of installing your order within the quickest possible lead times.
We have also been taking every precaution possible to ensure that our staff are still safe to visit your homes and workplaces to carry out surveys and installations.
