A TrustScore is the overall measurement of reviewer satisfaction, based on all the service and location reviews that a business receives on Trustpilot. A business’s TrustScore can be found at the top of their business profile page on Trustpilot. Businesses tend to display it on their website and marketing literature too. A business’s TrustScore is represented as a star rating which is calculated on a scale from 1 to 5.
